Our team is also able to offer professional building services  ranging from roof repair to installation of new kitchens and bathrooms.  We offer a multi-lingual service including English, Swedish, and Spanish.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

 

  • Internal and external regular inspections.

  • We check for any signs of damage such as, damp, cracks, leaks or any pest infestation etc. Minor problems such as blown bulbs etc. will be rectified and logged on your account. In the event of there being a major problem, you will be notified immediately and we will strive to repair, correct or replace whatever is necessary in as quick a time as possible.

  • Doors and windows are opened to ensure the property is thoroughly aired and water flushed through the system.

  • All appliances are checked and any faults are reported.

  • Terraces, swimming pools and Jacuzzis are checked to ensure they are clear of debris, dust and leaves.

  • Before guest arrival, we ensure that all appliances have been switched on i.e. hot water and heating / air-conditioning (if necessary).

  • In case of EMERGENCY we are contactable 24 hours a day seven days a week.

  • Within 24 hours of any adverse or severe weather changes, your property will be fully inspected and you will be contacted if anything untoward has occurred.
